Charlamagne: Death Row Records Was Better Than N.W.A. Movement

submitted by BornWinnerNetwork on 06/18/16 1

www.vladtv.com - After calling the N.W.A. biopic "Straight Outta Compton" just "a good movie," Charlamagne gets into a heated discussion with DJ Vlad about the influence Eazy-E, Dr. Dre and Suge Knight had and continue to have on the hip-hop culture. "Eazy-E and Suge Knight, both of them single-handedly controlled a genre of music," he explains. "Dr. Dre does things that change culture." The conversation takes a more serious turn when Charlamagne says "Death Row [Records] was better than the N.W.A. movement." "Death Row was the evolution of the N.W.A. movement," he continues on, disregarding DJ Vlad's dissent. Charlamagne also speaks on the speculation surrounding Eazy-E's death and why he doesn't take the rumors too seriously. "Listen man, I believe half of what I hear and none of what I see," he tells us. Watch on as he speaks about diseases, "bug chasers" and more above.
