Migos' Quavo Discusses Merging Singing & Rapping In the Studio

submitted by BornWinnerNetwork on 06/18/16 1

www.vladtv.com - Ever since the Migos hit the music scene we've received nothing but a plethora of hits from the three-man act. In more recent months Quavo, Takeoff and Offset have been compared to The Beatles - they've even called themselves the new Outkast. When asked by DJ Vlad if The Beatles comparison may be a bit much, Quavo responded "We're a part of music, it [doesn't] matter about the genre. It's called 'music.'" "I might just f**k around and get up and go somewhere, man," Quavo answered after being asked why he appeared solo on Travis Scott's debut album, Rodeo. "They don't know, when I get in L.A I just move a lot by myself sometimes...It ain't nothing personal, we're just working." DJ Vlad then asked him about his harmonic rap style and if he considers himself a singer as well, to which he responded it's good to "put your hands in a lot of bowls." Press play for more.
