www.vladtv.com - It has been 15 years since DJ Screw's untimely death, however, rapper Lil Flip remembers being around the "chopped and screwed" legend and tells DJ Vlad, "Being around DJ Screw was like being around a brother." Even though a significant amount of time has passed, Lil Flip says witnessing Screw's hustle was what gave him enough drive to push his career. "I would watch this man go to car shows and press up, literally, 10,000 to 15,000 tapes and he would sell-out." He continued, "Just me seeing that, and me seeing him stay humble and still go to the same places where he hang out and not be Hollywood, it was crazy. It just gave me that extra drive to do what I had to do."
