submitted by Drop Studios on 06/18/16 1

Ja Rule has been credited for being one of the first popular rappers to sing on a rap track, which he spoke about exclusively with VladTV. When asked if he feels like he made it cool for rappers like Drake to sing on their songs, Ja Rule told us that the style was popularized both back when he started out and today. Moving along, Ja Rule revealed that he never made a conscious plan to sing on his tracks. He added that after hearing himself sing, he thought that the end product was a success and he didn't feel the need to hire a singer for the tracks. To hear more of Ja's thoughts on the situation, hit the above clip.
