You get some insight into my weird same-thing-every-day breakfast meal plan as well as the changes I made one year ago with kickboxing, birth control and a sugar detox. Plus I talk about the documentary Fed Up and Tim Ferriss' Four-Hour Body. And calories in, calories out. And juicing. And giving up dairy. And taking limes to the face. And also I'm a ranting bitch.
