Kid Kudi grew up in Cleveland Ohio, he lost his father at 11. He was kicked out high school for threatening his principal. He attended film school but dropped out, and attempted to join the Navy but his criminal record held him back – that’s when he moved to New York and started to focus on his music. Kid Kudi was born Scott Ramon Seguro Mescudi on January 30th 1984 in Cleveland Ohio, the youngest of four children.
