KEADY, ARMAGH Irish Traditional Music Session.
The Keady Session , Co Armagh. IRELAND. , Wedensdays ,Cassies, and Arthurs Bar the second Tuesday of the month about 10in is when the sessions happens, in Keady. A couple of the local musicians ,(Jim Toner , Tony Crozier,Chris Lennon) got this session up and going, just for the craic and to play a few tunes in 2004, after the break up of the, Comhaltas Ceoltoiri Eireann. session. which ran for 25 years in the town, This new music session has gone from strength to strength and attracts musicians and singers from all over the country. ,It is one of the few authentic free open sessions left , where everyone is welcome, more so if you can play ,sing or tell us a story . or lies.
