A fishing boat has sunk off the coast of Shetland. The Prospect ran aground at the entrance to Lerwick harbour at about 18:45 on Monday. All the crew members were rescued and there were no reports of serious injuries. Gary Bremner, second coxswain of Lerwick lifeboat, told BBC Shetland: "It is a shame to see a boat going down, especially someone's livelihood". The boat had called into the port to offload fish and to take on fuel and supplies. Callum Grains, Lerwick harbourmaster, said the 22,000 litres of fuel are of concern: "We are monitoring the vessel regularly to check any pollution coming from it".
