I could not resist adding this video. It shows pretty well just how talented the people are here in Shetland when it comes to music, and had a thoroughly enjoyable time that evening too, on Wednesday 29 June 2011. One gentleman shows how it's done with a tablespoon and soup spoon 'back to back' of one another.
