A video I took when wandering around the Outer Hebrides in July 2012. The Callanish Stones are located on the West Coast of the Isle of Lewis in the Outer Hebrides, off the West Coast of Scotland. They are a group of imposing standing stones that are thought to have been put there sometime between 2900 and 2600BC. Although somewhat less well known, this magnificent construction is older than both Stone Henge in England and the Pyramids of Egypt.
