County Durham Floods January 2016 Once again the unrelenting weather continues to pour heavy rain onto the region. Today it was the turn of County Durham residents to suffer the results of heavy rainfall. Roads became flooded, Rivers burst banks causing disruption around the County Durham for motorists.
