Sheraton Oman has released a few select pictures on its website following the completion of its renovation. The hotel has not yet started the booking on its website. One of the iconic buildings in Muscat, the hotel was closed for renovation in January 2007 for a year, but never reopened after that. Even the Wadi Kabir/Al Bustan road that passes right below the hotel has undergone a major change with the erstwhile traffic signals replaced with a flyover.
