The weekend of 8th/9th June 2013 saw the Surrey Border & Camberley Railway return to the Eastleigh Lakeside Steam Railway to reunite 5 surviving Bulloch engines with 0-6-0 Firefly visiting from the Kerrs Miniature Railway in Scotland. Even the station names were changed to fit in with the gala weekend along with commemorative tickets given to passengers who rode on the trians. Trains ran throughout the day with this video covering the second of the two parallel runs to close the first day of the gala. I was driving 1001 "The Monarch" on the first trip so couldn't do any filming. SBCR 0-6-0 No.3007 'Firefly', 1001 'The Monarch' and 1002 'The Empress' triple headed with 2005 'Silver Jubilee' and 2006 'Edward VIII' double heading. I managed to change trains at Camberley and took some video of the two larger Bulloch loco's strutting their stuff! Thanks to the guys for a cracking day and many thanks for watching!
