The happiest creatures in the small islands that make up Venice are the dogs. While we tend to look up at the monuments, the key to enjoying Venice is in how this ancient city really works: no cars, no bicycles, and the neighborliness that comes from living in close quarters. The result? Beautifully behaved dogs with no leashes. No one seems to fear their dog will be stolen, and the dogs behavior reflects their owners beautiful manners. Can our little friends tell us something about Venice that the tourist guides are missing? I definitely think so. Which is why we propose that Cesar Millan come here to take some time off from work.
