Stuffed Bell Pepper - Combine: 1 Egg, 1 bell pepper, 4 small tomato, 1 shallot, 1 pinch garlic powder, 5 baby spinach leaves, 4 mushrooms, and 2 tbsp water. *Optional: Mozzarella cheese - Bake for 20 minutes. - Microwave for 1 minute if egg is still runny. DIY 2. Blueberry Chia Seed Pudding - Combine: 1/2 cup Trader Joe Almond milk, 3 tsp Trader Joe Chia Seeds. *Optional: blueberry puree, almonds, and fresh berries. - Refridgerate overnight DIY 3. Antioxidant and Vitamin Fruit Bowl - Combine: Papaya, blueberries, and kiwi. - Add almonds, chia seeds, and Trader Joe Agave syrup. DIY 4.
