The first program in the series tells the story of Charity Agbemava, a popular local woman from Keta who died from giving birth. She made a dramatic journey from Nigeria to Keta to give birth, but she died at the Keta Municipal Hospital after an emergency operation. We ask, why are so many Ghanaian women dying from giving birth?
