Hydration is essential to staying healthy and energized! The fourth element is FRUIT! You got to eat! Food is essential when it comes to health, and fruit is the food to which we are biologically adapted! We are frugivores! Fruit supplies you with that sugar that your body needs as fuel! Without fuel in the tank, there can be no playing! When you're out there playing you're getting exposed to the SUNSHINE, while breathing FRESH AIR - also essential elements to health and feeling good! Health is simple - just do it!
