During Deceber, Luleå gets white carpet look with fantastic views of snow all around..with temperatures ranging between -20 to -30*C, it is a fabulous scene everywhere, with even the lakes and sea getting frozen on which even people move around, and amazingly even the cars!!! unbelievable but true...
