Biography Dimitar Kondovski 1927- 1993. Graduated at the Academy of Fine Arts in Belgrade, under Professor Nedeljko Gvozdenovich, 1952. 1958 study visit to Paris. 1961-62 specialized in mural painting in Rome. 1951-56 teacher of art at the Cvetan Dimov High School in Skopje. 1956-60 regular illustrator for the children's magazine Pioneers, published in Prishtina. 1960-72 free-lance artist. 1972-80 teacher of drawing and painting at the St. Clement of Ohrid Teachers' College in Skopje. 1980-87 lecturer in painting at the Faculty of Fine Art in Skopje. 1991 elected member of the Macedonian Academy of Sciences and Arts. Exhibited at more than 200 group exhibitions throughout all the continents and in the more important European cultural centers; among them Rome, London, Paris, Berlin, Alexandria, Budapest, Prague, Milan, Turin, Florence, Los Angeles, Lusaka, Rancagua, Sao Paolo, Montevideo, Santiago de Chile, Bratislava, Bradford, Nuremberg, Istanbul, Ankara, New Delhi, Peking, Moscow, Helsinki, Oslo, Jassy, Ulan Bator, Copenhagen, Guadalajara, St. Louis, San Marino and Leverkusen.
