At the Centenary celebrations for Father Trevor Huddleston, in Sophiatown on June 16 2013. The Deputy President plays tribute to Father Huddleston and those who worked with him in exile, particularly mentioning Pinise Saul and Lucky Ranku who had been sponsored by BP to travel to Johannesburg for this very special event. Both musicians worked with Fr Trevor, and Bra Jonas Gwangwa, to spread the message of the boycott and anti-apartheid movement using music to educate millions of people across the world as to the evilness of the apartheid system. The Deputy President also recalled swimming in the CR pool across the road from the church where Fr Huddleston served the population of the western areas up to 1955.
