It's thought the man was illegally occupying an apartment which belongs to an ethnic Albanian. The man who might have been drunk is reported to have fired shots from the apartment balcony. SUGGESTED VOICE-OVER British troops arrived on the scene soon after the incident was reported. They forced entry into the apartment from a window, overpowered a Serb man and arrested him. Its thought the man was illegally occupying a house owned by an ethnic Albanian. He is reported to have fired shots from the apartment after which he began throwing all the furniture into the street, three floors below. As he was led away from the block of flats in the heart of Pristina, bystanders began chanting NATO! NATO!. The man responded with insults and rude gestures.
