Natural Sound K-FOR troops have reached Kosovo's capital Pristina on Saturday afternoon. NATO-led forces moving into Kosovo have so far met no major obstacles and hope to secure the capital, Pristina, shortly, according to British military personnel leading the advance. Crowds lined the roads as tanks and troops continued their march to the Kosovan capital Pristina. A British army spokesman said the first British paratroopers and Gurkhas arrived at Pristina airport in tanks and armoured vehicles on Saturday afternoon. The total NATO-led force is expected to number about 50-thousand, making the U-N-authorized peacekeeping force one of the biggest military undertakings in Europe since World War II. On their way to Pristina, British troops disarmed more than 30 Yugoslav Serb soldiers and paramilitaries, NATO said. The Serb forces put up no resistance.
