19th July 2014 After being stranded at the cable car stop for about an hour and a half thanks to a sudden heavy storm, a good samaritan drove us and another couple to Turaida Castle, where the weather gradually cleared. This is one of the most important places to see in Latvia, so we are pleased we actually managed to get there.
