Riga is the largest city of the Baltics and offers a lot of cool things to do in Riga itself but also just a short train ride out of the center in Sigulda. My personal highlight has been the flight in the vertical wind tunnel "Aerodium" near Sigulda - if you feel like you can even go Bungee Jumping there.
