The film seeks to cast light on the theme of Russian propaganda in Europe more widely and not just in the Czech Republic. Experts say that whilst Russia under President Putin has for some time been trying to undermine European Union unity, it is only recently that the bloc has come too see Russian propaganda as a real threat.
