Charlene Wittstock, born in 1978 in what was then Rhodesia, she lived most of her life in South Africa and was on the South African Olympic swim team and won many awards for backstroke swimming. In 2010 she became engaged to marry HSH Prince Albert II of Monaco, the wedding will take place in July 2011 and become the first South African to become Princess consort of Monaco.
