The film portrays the lives of clients and the help they get from the team BinG (Assertive Outreach in Groningen, the Netherlands), a mental health care project. The team provides outreach and treatment to people with long-term addiction and mental health problems (called Dual Diagnosis). These people encounter problems in different areas of life and avoid all treatments. These are people who are constantly slipping through the net of mainstream services.The BinG team counsels about 80 adults in the city of Groningen.
