Grimsthorpe Castle, Lincolnshire(www.grimsthorpe.co.uk )28th August 2006. Family Fun Day In the park in Aid of St John Ambulance, Lincolnshire. Fantastic day only slightly dampened by a 10 min cloud burst of rain and hail, the sunshine soon dried things up though. The pipes are not as out of place as you might think. William Shakespeare made reference to the pipes in Henry IV... "the drone of a Lincolnshire bagpipe" I think they sound great wherever they are played. This guy was living locally from the Grantham area.
