North Norfolk Railway Spring Steam Gala Saturday 7th March 2015
A fantastic sunny day out on the North Norfolk Railway during their spring steam gala weekend over the 6th to 8th of March 2015. The gala had six steam locos in action over the weekend with two visiting locos joining the railway home fleets engines hauling both passenger & freight trains. Sadly the Great Eastern Railway J15(Y14) class No.7564 have to be withdrawn from the line up due to over running overhaul in the workshop. The railway home fleet engine in action over the gala is London & North Eastern Railway(Great Eastern Railway) B12 class No.8572 British Railways standard class 4(2-6-0) No.76084 British Railways standard class 9F No.92203 Black Prince Hudswell Clarke 0-6-0ST No.1700 Wissington Two visiting locos joining the home fleet are. London & North Eastern Railway D49 class No.62712 Morayshire(visiting from the Bo'ness & kinneil Railway). British Railways Western Region 1500 class pannier tank No.1501(visiting from the Severn Valley Railway).
