Cornwall open for business says Head of Tourism

November 17 2010 saw Cornwall hit by localised flash floods. Malcom Bell, Head of Tourism, Visit Cornwall, says floods were localised to mid-Cornwall and Cornwall is open to visitors as usual. Those areas affected are now recovering.
