Wales Coastal Path Conwy to Llanfairfechan

submitted by uklmhb on 02/26/16 1

A lovely sunny November day, if a bit windy. The path follows the coast, and is entwined with the A55 road at Penmaenbach and Penmaenclip headlands. The construction of the road and path are engineering successes in their own way, and provide for a very interesting walk. The views of the Conwy estuary, Deganwy, Great Orme, Puffin Island, and Anglesey from Penmon to Beaumaris were enhanced by the low autumn sunshine.
