Parham House, West Sussex

submitted by uklmhb on 02/26/16 1

In the heart of the West Sussex countryside lie Parham House and St Peter's Church. Parham is a Tudor House visited by Queen Elizabeth I and containing many period pictures, fine examples of needlework , furniture and interesting curios, St Peter's Church has a unique 14th Century font and early 19th Century box pews. Parham's gardens include an old greenhouse filled with colourful flowers, extensive flower beds and an old orchard. It really cannot be bettered for an interesting and tranquil day out!
