Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire. October 2014.

This is a fifteen minute film of Aylesbury town centre. I filmed these scenes in Digital Cinema, because I think it's important to keep a high quality record of everyday life for future generations to look back on. I did intend to film Kingsbury Square and Cambridge Street, but ran out of time. They'll have to be filmed on another day for part 2. Just to note. I was actually approached by two members of Bucks County Council staff who asked me for some ID, and wanted to know why I was filming, and went on to tell me that I needed written permission to film in the town centre. I politely declined to show any ID, and explained that you don't need permission from anybody to film in public. The two men then walked off, and that was the end of the matter, although I was half expecting to be confronted by police throughout the rest of the filming... Just to reiterate, it is NOT an offence to film or take photos in public, however 'professional' your equipment may look... Cheers!
