On September 18, more than 250 employees gathered in Milwaukee to celebrate 14 Power Solutions teams from around the globe. Each team competed in and advanced to the Global Team Rally from local and regional events, where they presented their Continuous Improvement projects and results. Embracing this year's film festival theme, each team poured incredible creativity and preparation into their presentations—bringing their projects and results to life in innovative ways that included video, music, acting and humor. They made the day not only informational, but thoroughly enjoyable. Whether presenting their projects, sharing ideas, or enjoying each other's company, their dedication, excitement, and energy truly represented the best of Johnson Controls. The video was an important part of the Recognition objective--a powerful tool for us to celebrate and promote their success to the organization. And of course it was a great “keepsake” for the employees who attended.
