While visiting a local diner, Police Chaplain David Fair discusses with Phillip LeConte (off camera) the trust he shares with the citizens of Brownwood, Texas.

Chaplain Dave Fair has served at dozens of natural and man made disasters including Ground Zero following 911, Hurricane Katrina, NASA Space Shuttle Disaster, Sri Lanka Tsunami, the Ft. Hood shootings, and the Haitian Earthquake.

In 2011, Fair retired from the Brownwood (Texas) City Council, where he served for 23 years. That same year a portion of the Brownwood Public Safety Center was named in his honor.
