This disease is usually seen in axilla, groins, buttocks, under breast area, in the region where there is high density of apocrine glands, characterised by recurrent multiple abscess, fibrosis is also there with sinus formation, remains for many years, condition is highly painful, there is no very effective treatment, even Incision & drainage not very helpful, leading to sinus formation, oebsity, tight clothes, hot whether worsen condition...
