RecoveryAid is going to change how you sit and stand. Since you've been doing both for a while now, it is best to ease your body into the change. You'll only want to wear your RecoveryAid for one hour the first day of use, and then add an additional hour of wear each consecutive day until your body has fully adjusted to wearing RecoveryAid. Routine use should include 4-8 hours of wear during some part of everyday.
