水煮鱼Fish filets in hot chili oil

免掉一些繁琐的程序,仍然可以做出麻辣味十足的水煮鱼。用鱼柳,可以减去很多麻烦,用鸡汤替代鱼汤一点也不逊色。这道菜最关键的部分是红油和麻椒,用韩国辣椒粉,会让红油颜色非常鲜艳,而青麻椒则是能做出麻辣鲜香的水煮鱼的另一个重要秘密。
