Hala is more than the ordinary festival in many ways. It is a unique event to be held in Muscat annually catering to the children of Oman! This lively celebration is truly one-of-a-kind as it carries out different themes every year. It aims to positively shape Oman's Children through EDUCATION, SOCIAL AWARENESS , ACTION. And this year theme is the ENVIRONMENT. All the Fun and Unique factors to entertain the children while teaching them valuable life lessons on CLIMATE CHANGE, RECYCLING, WATER, PLANTS, ANIMALS and THE ECOSYSTEM."
