This is the first time we have actually used the crossing track. Of course, the only purpose of the crossing track is for the slot cars to crash into the train! This is built on the 4x8 table that we normally use for building our Lego models and sets. My son has been wanting to play with the slot cars for awhile, so we cleared off the Lego and set up a simple layout using our Atlas Tru-Trak and Aurora & Tyco slot car track.
