Featured Performers on the 30th: Bulelani Zantsi - A traditional Xhosa imbongi who evoked ululation from the crowd with his praise poetry. Nathan Trantraal - With the launch of his Afrikaaps anthology "Chokers en Survivors", Nathan joined the InZync massif and BROUGHT FIRE to the platform. Many Tongues Launch - SLiPnet curated this project taking 6 poems and translating them into 6 South African languages. The launch was amazing with four languages performing one poem simultaneously. And a big shout out to MC Verrassings who walked away with the Open Book Slam title for InZync!
