Today I'm showing you how to apply a sexy sultry red lip aka a vamp lip with only 3 products. It's really simple and anyone can pull it off. All you need is a black lip liner, your favorite matte red lip stick (I use Ruby Woo from MAC), a full coverage concealer (I'm using NC 35 Studio Finish by MAC) and a small flat brush (My brush is number 239 from MAC as well).
