Have you ever been credit carded nice and deep like? Join our mockumentary "SemiSolved Mysteries" investigation into the growing social epidemic known as "Credit Carding". This is our entry into somecallmejim's "Win Some Dough" contest. Here's our parameters set by Jim Shorts (as well as pro filmmakers): - Rule of Thirds: Interview with Dr. Phil McCrackin. - 6 Basic Shots: Most are used in the courtroom sequence as well as the rest of this production. - Crisper colors: Used primarily int eh Saw IV sequence. - Depth of Field: Lightly used. For example: shot of Dr. Phil's glasses and hands, with background out of focus intended for dramatic effect. - Free Legal Music: While we used a ton of copyrighted music in this production, we used a few pieces from MegaTrax, a free legal music asociation. - Voice-Overs: The finale of the courtroom sequence, using a pro mic with light cloth. - 3-point lighting: Dr. Phil McCrackin segment. - Screen Direction: "Redpurpaz Film" sequence. - Fresh Perspective: Seen all over, specifically in the Saw IV segment. Hopefully that wasn't too long of a list, but there it is. Enjoy, and avoid being credit-carded!
