In this tutorial we'll show you how to get a metallic eyeshadow look to help you stand out from the crowd. STEP 1: Start with a concealer on your eyes. This will help your eyeshadow from dripping in the summer heat. We used it Cosmetics Bye Bye Under Eye. STEP 2: Use an eyeliner, like Smashbox Always Sharp Waterproof Kohl Liner, as eyeshadow in the crease of your eye for long lasting color. And then blend it out with a blending brush. STEP 3: Using an metallic eyeshadow like Stila which comes with it's own primer, mix it with its metallic flakes to create a paste. We used copper and layered it for a more intense look. STEP 4: Finish your eyes with mascara. We used Benefit They're Real. STEP 5: Clean off any fall out from your eyeshadow with a little makeup remover and q-tip. STEP 6: Use your concealer again to cover any under-eye circles or blemishes. STEP 7: Apply sunscreen! It's so important when you're going to be outside all day. The trick is to make sure you don't go above your orbital bone so that it doesn't get into your eyes and sting! STEP 8: Get a sunkissed look that lasts all day by adding a waterproof bronzer like Tarte Amazonian Clay Matte Waterproof Bronzer. Build up the layers for a natural look. STEP 9: Add a little bit of blush to the apples of your cheeks. We used Laura Geller Beauty Baked Blush Monochromatic Cheek Color in Maui. STEP 10: Keep your lips hydrated with a lip gloss like Urban Decay Naked Ultra Nourishing Lip Gloss. We used Rule 34. STEP 11: Add an accessory to finish off your look. We love flowers so we added a simple headband into Jess's braid. STEP 12: Have fun, stay safe, and hydrate!
