Shape the eye using Stila Smudge Stick Eyeliner in Peacock (seph.me/11OTm1V) starting in the outer corners and creating a sideways V shape. Blend immediately, as the shadows set very quickly. Use the Peacock Smudge Stick just under the bottom lash line and smudge the color. Step 3: LINE - For added depth, use Stila Smudge Stick in Purple Tang (seph.me/11OTm1V) along the inner rim, concentrating the color at the lash line.
