Step 2: Use the Rockstar shadow, starting in the outer corner and working into the crease, blending it right on top of the mushroom shade. Step 3: Line top and bottom lids with black eyeliner, including the inner rims. Step 4: Use the Rockstar shadow again on top of the liner. Smudge it out to prevent any harsh lines.
