How To Wear Black Eye Makeup: Smoky Liner

submitted by 47 Beauty on 12/04/15 1

Sephora Pro Artist Sara Biria shows you how to get the Blackest Black smoky eye by blurring eye liner. Click Show More for the steps and product links. Step 1: After prepping with eye primer, sweep a neutral eyeshadow like Make Up For Ever Eye Shadow in Beige 76 (seph.me/XAMBKo) all over the eyelids to brighten the eye area. Next, for extra dimension, use a shadow 2 shades darker than your natural tone in the crease. Step 2: Using the Givenchy Magic Kajal Eye Pencil (seph.me/WN1ytD), draw a line along the upper lashline starting from the center, working your way towards the inner and outer corner of the lids. Apply the liner on the lower lashline as well. TIP: If you preferred a thinner line, sweep an angled brush on top of the eye pencil and then apply. Step 3: Keeping your eyes open, blend the liner with the Sephora Collection Pro Smudge Brush #11 (seph.me/WVBWJN). Step 4: To prolong and set the eyeliner, press a matte black shadow like Urban Decay's Blackout (seph.me/10KsC2s), along the lash lines on top of the liner. Step 5: To finish the look, curl the lashes and brush on 2-3 coats of Givenchy Noir Couture Mascara (seph.me/14amMXd). Shop the Blackest Black Eye Makeup looks at Sephora now - (seph.me/PiGMSB)
