Step 2.) Diffuse emerald shadow from the outer corners to the center of lids. Step 3.) Deepen the lash lines with the dark green shadow. Step 4.) Dust an arc of emerald shadow from above the middle creases to the outer edges. Step 5.) Finish with black mascara on upper lashes.
