Wrap the inner corners with the white highlighter. Step 3.) Press the cobolt shadow over eyeliner base and halfway across the lower lids. Intensify the look by: Step 4.) Work emerald shadow toward inner corners. Blend up toward browbones. Step 5.) Press more cobalt over lids to embolden the hue. Step 6.) Define eyes by wiggling black liner between upper and lower lashes. Step 7.) Finish with several coats of black mascara.
