The winners of the 2013 Oxfordshire Restaurant Awards, established by In Oxford & Oxfordshire Magazine and organised by TERA Events, were announced at a glittering Awards ceremony on the evening of 1st October at The Manor Hotel. A simply stunning marquee, the inspiration of TERA Events, provided the backdrop for a Laurent Perrier champagne reception, three course meal and the Awards, hosted by JACK fm's Trevor Marshall. The overall Restaurant of the Year title was awarded to The Star Inn, Sparsholt.
